Forward Deployed Product Manager

About the role

This role supports the full post-sales product operations and implementation cycle for doss customers. You will work at the intersection of product, data, operations, and customer partnership. The position is critical for expanding into upper mid-market and enterprise clients.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle, from initial discovery to go-live, for major clients.
• Conduct in-depth analysis across client organizations to map business processes and workflows.
• Develop new product capabilities within the doss ERP platform to support larger clients.
• Contribute to establishing best practices and improving processes across the team.
• Translate process flows into product designs and configurations within the doss platform.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations for successful implementations.
• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live, fostering client relationships for retention and potential upsells.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance doss products and customer lifecycle processes through automation and AI.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in engineering (industrial, process, computer, etc.), consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management at a technology company.
• Demonstrated experience with hands-on ERP implementation.
• Ability to think systemically, untangling complex interconnections across people, processes, and technology.
• Proven experience in high-pressure roles within startups, consulting, or finance.
• Capacity to understand complex engineering and logic problems intuitively.
• Strong ability to synthesize information and quickly arrive at correct solutions.
