DashMart is a local fulfillment center operated by DoorDash that provides customers with household goods and groceries. As a Shift Lead, you will manage daily operations, oversee warehouse and kitchen tasks, and guide team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Supervise warehouse and kitchen processes, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high-quality standards.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft.
• Support customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth Dasher pickups.
• Direct Operations Associates during shifts and act as the primary point of contact for daily operational issues.
• Contribute ideas to refine and improve site operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven experience in retail, warehouse, or food and beverage environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Willingness to obtain a food handling certificate.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the site.
