Shift Lead - South Tacoma

About the role

Join our DashMart team in Tacoma to oversee daily operations at our local fulfillment center. You will guide staff, manage inventory, and ensure our warehouse and light-prep kitchen run efficiently to meet customer needs.

What you'll do

• Manage warehouse and kitchen processes, including cleanliness, safety, and training.
• Supervise Operations Associates, delegate tasks, and act as the primary point of contact for daily operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and protect company assets from loss.
• Ensure high-quality order fulfillment and smooth pickups for Dashers.
• Collaborate with the team to improve operational workflows and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or food and beverage environments.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a hand truck or pallet jack.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the site.
• Ability to obtain a food handling certificate.
