About the role

This position involves building new financial technology products for the gig economy from the ground up. You will function as a general manager, overseeing the strategy, execution, and financial performance of new product lines within the Dasher Financial team.

What you'll do

• Analyze market opportunities and create business cases for new product initiatives.
• Develop and execute experiments to test user interest and demand.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept to full-scale launch.
• Establish performance indicators and take accountability for business outcomes.
• Transition successful pilot projects into sustainable, long-term business lines.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, and Marketing departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in high-growth sectors such as fintech, tech, consulting, banking, or strategy and operations.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguous projects and deliver measurable results.
• Proficiency in using data to drive decisions, including comfort with SQL and Excel.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively in zero-to-one environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with detailed operational execution.
