Docker seeks a Staff Integrated Campaigns Manager to lead demand generation efforts for its developer tools. This role involves end-to-end ownership of high-impact campaigns, focusing on pipeline and revenue generation in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the world knows about Docker's continuous product and feature releases.

What you'll do
- Develop global integrated campaign strategies aligned with monthly product launches, demand generation targets, and customer expansion.
- Execute programs across email, third-party sponsorships, events, nurtures, webinars, and content development.
- Manage webinar campaigns from strategy and audience targeting to content coordination, promotion, execution, and ROI reporting.
- Design and refine lead scoring models within Marketo, collaborating with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate buying signals and qualified pipeline.
- Build and manage multi-touch campaigns across various channels, incorporating clear attribution and optimization loops.
- Represent the Campaigns function in high-level cross-functional planning, communicating performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate technical product narratives into compelling campaign messaging for developer, DevOps, and enterprise personas.
- Create and implement scalable campaign frameworks to manage Docker's frequent launch cadence efficiently.
- Monitor campaign performance using Marketo, Google Analytics, and Salesforce, quickly acting on insights.
- Oversee agency relationships and external vendors, ensuring accountability for deliverables and timelines.
- Mentor and support junior campaign team members, setting a high standard for campaign work.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of hands-on B2B SaaS demand generation and integrated campaign experience, with a proven track record of pipeline and revenue impact.
- Required expertise in Marketo, including building programs, managing lead scoring, and troubleshooting flows. Marketo certification is a plus.
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics, including the relationship between Leads, MQLs, SQLs, PQLs, and Opportunities beyond standard definitions.
- Sophisticated knowledge of lead scoring, including behavioral vs. demographic scoring, MQL thresholds, and the connection to sales handoff quality.
- Experience owning the full lifecycle of webinar campaigns, from platform setup (Zoom Webinars, ON24, or similar) to post-event nurture.
- Strong executive presence, with experience presenting campaign strategy and performance to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment with frequent product launches and shifting priorities.
- Exceptional written communication skills for campaign copy and executive summaries.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce, and modern martech stacks, understanding data flow from touchpoint to closed-won.
- Cross-functional fluency, with experience collaborating with Product, Product Marketing, Web, and Sales teams.
