Join a leading B2B marketing agency as a Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist. This client-facing position involves developing and executing paid social strategies for B2B clients in technology, industrial, and services sectors. You will manage client relationships, optimize campaigns, and ensure deliverables are met.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple social media accounts for clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications.
- Coordinate weekly with vendors and partners to ensure task alignment and quality.
- Develop quarterly strategic plans for clients.
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
- Understand client positioning and unique selling points.
- Verify accurate lead routing within CRM systems.
- Manage personal productivity and utilization rates.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client objectives.
- Understand the value of programmatic advertising.
- Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships.
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting and audience targeting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a performance or digital marketing agency, with B2B client support.
- Extensive knowledge of paid social advertising campaigns, especially LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with various LinkedIn Ad Units like conversation ads, document ads, and CTV.
- Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, and 6Sense.
- Strong grasp of paid media principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and measure results via North Star Metrics (NSMs).
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier and job title.
- Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Skill in translating strategy and presenting data-driven narratives.
- Competitive and curious mindset, with a problem-solving approach.
- Stays current with industry trends and seeks growth opportunities.
- Capable of organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Focus on quality in advertising efforts.
