About the role
This position is for a strategic leader focused on driving client success within B2B e-commerce, specifically in feed-based shopping channels and online marketplaces. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that address the unique challenges of B2B commerce, such as complex pricing structures and channel conflicts.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead the strategic direction for Shopping (Google, Bing) and Marketplace (Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, emerging B2B platforms) for B2B clients.
- Analyze existing channel setups to inform recommendations on 1P vs. 3P strategies, distributor relationships, and feed optimization.
- Manage client communications, including strategy discussions, proposal presentations, and performance reviews.
- Oversee the creation and management of Shopping campaigns, including feed management in tools like Feedonomics or GoDataFeed, and Performance Max campaigns tailored for B2B buyers.
- Develop and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) with a focus on B2B search behavior.
- Monitor and manage key marketplace metrics like Buy Box ownership, Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) enforcement, and pricing stability.
- Contribute to the development of agency methodologies and frameworks for Shopping and Marketplace practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in paid media management, with at least 2 years focused specifically on Shopping/feeds or Amazon.
- Practical experience with feed management platforms such as Feedonomics, GoDataFeed, Productsup, or Channable.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising products including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Experience working with B2B clients or managing catalogs with a high volume of SKUs.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, set strategy, and guide execution.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to executive-level audiences.
- Comfort operating within a consultative sales process and contributing to audit and proposal development.
