About the role
This position focuses on developing and executing strategies for B2B clients within the Shopping and Marketplace domains. You will be responsible for guiding client success in areas like feed-driven advertising and major e-commerce platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges in B2B commerce, such as complex pricing structures and channel conflicts.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead strategic planning for Shopping and Marketplace channels for mid-market and enterprise B2B clients.
- Analyze existing channel setups to inform recommendations on tactics, including platform strategies and feed optimization.
- Manage client relationships through regular meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Translate channel performance data into tangible business outcomes for executive-level stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Shopping campaigns tailored for B2B buyer journeys.
- Guide clients on Amazon strategies, including 1P versus 3P approaches and campaign management.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the company's B2B commerce methodologies and playbooks.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in paid media management.
- At least 2 years of direct experience with Shopping feeds or Amazon platform management.
- Proficiency with feed management tools such as Feedonomics, GoDataFeed, Productsup, or Channable.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising products including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Experience working with B2B clients or managing catalogs with a high volume of SKUs.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, set strategy, and oversee execution.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to C-suite audiences.
- Comfort operating within a consultative sales framework and contributing to proposals.
