About the role
This client-facing position is central to delivering exceptional results for our B2B tech and SaaS clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing tailored SEO and content strategies, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement bespoke SEO and content strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practices.
- Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
- Analyze performance data from sources like Google Analytics, CRMs, SEMRush, and Ahrefs to set and track client goals.
- Oversee the execution of strategies, coordinating tasks with internal specialists and clients using Asana.
- Create compelling content campaign briefs and collaborate with writers and designers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal leadership regarding progress, roadblocks, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, including bi-weekly updates, monthly reports, quarterly reviews, and two annual business presentations.
- Identify opportunities for client business growth within existing or new service lines and secure referrals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in implementing SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret website traffic and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Proven organizational, project, and time management abilities.
- Agency experience is mandatory.
- Experience with B2B tech and/or SaaS clients is required.
- A proactive approach to staying current with industry trends, including the impact of AI and automation on marketing.
Nice to have
- Experience with LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation strategies.
- Familiarity with Share of SERP analysis and content production workflows.
