About the role
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and grow paid media campaigns for our B2B clients. This role involves developing strategic plans, executing campaigns across various platforms, and ensuring client success through data-driven insights.

What you'll do
- Lead a portfolio of paid media accounts, serving as a primary point of contact for clients.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and quality.
- Develop and present quarterly paid media strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Create, manage, and optimize budgets for paid media initiatives across multiple channels.
- Understand client positioning and value propositions to inform campaign messaging.
- Ensure accurate lead routing within CRM systems.
- Execute and refine PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copy, and audience targeting to maximize return on investment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a performance or digital marketing agency setting.
- Demonstrated experience working with B2B SaaS or technology clients within an agency.
- Extensive knowledge of paid search and paid social advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- A strong grasp of PPC fundamentals, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- The ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or Excel to inform decisions.
- Proven success in driving measurable results for mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- The capacity to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
