About the role
This client-facing position is central to delivering exceptional paid media campaigns for B2B businesses. You will craft and manage bespoke strategies, ensuring client objectives are met through meticulous execution and clear communication.

What you'll do
- Lead and manage a portfolio of paid media accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Collaborate with vendors and operational partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop quarterly strategic plans for clients.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid media budgets across various platforms.
- Understand and articulate client value propositions.
- Ensure accurate lead routing within CRM systems.
- Execute and refine PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copy, and audience targeting.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a performance or digital marketing agency setting.
- Prior experience working with B2B SaaS or technology clients within an agency.
- Demonstrated expertise in paid search and paid social advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong grasp of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or Excel to inform decisions.
- Proven success in driving measurable results for mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A commitment to quality and a drive to stay current with industry trends, including AI and automation.

Practical notes
- This role is fully remote within Canada.
- Occasional travel to visit clients is expected, approximately once per year per client or as needed.
