We are seeking a creative and driven designer to produce engaging visuals for performance-driven advertising. You will be responsible for bringing campaign ideas to life across various digital platforms, focusing on creating assets that capture attention and achieve client objectives. Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop impactful design elements, including ad sets and landing pages, informed by data to enhance key digital marketing indicators.
- Create short-form video content and motion graphics optimized for social media advertising on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
- Adapt existing video materials into effective ad units, ensuring they meet platform-specific requirements, aspect ratios, and audience engagement needs.
- Work with media and content specialists to ensure motion creative aligns with audience understanding and campaign targets.
- Maintain consistent branding across all visual and motion assets while creatively adjusting for different audiences and channels.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to grasp business goals and target demographics, aiding in the creation of A/B tests and data-informed designs.
- Implement and test design variations using conversion rate optimization tools.
- Analyze user behavior through research, usability testing, and heat mapping to support design choices.
- Continuously refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing results.
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, providing status updates and responding to feedback from project management and stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry advancements in conversion rate optimization and user experience design.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance marketing creative and conversion rate optimization.
- 1 year of experience creating motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
- Foundational skills in video editing and motion graphics using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience collaborating across different teams.
- Understanding and application of performance marketing metrics such as A/B testing, CRO analytics, and heatmapping.
- A proactive approach to learning about how AI and automation can improve marketing and operational processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazyegg.
- Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies.
