Directive is seeking a Senior Meta Strategist to lead paid social media accounts for B2B clients. This client-facing position involves developing and executing custom strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring successful campaign delivery. You will work with diverse B2B businesses in technology, industrial, and services sectors.

What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple social media accounts for clients.
- Provide direct support and communication to client contacts.
- Coordinate with vendors and operational partners weekly to align on tasks and quality.
- Develop quarterly strategies for client accounts.
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
- Verify accurate lead routing within CRM systems.
- Manage personal productivity and utilization targets.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals.
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships.
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, audience development, and targeting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a performance or digital marketing agency, specifically supporting B2B clients.
- Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, particularly LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with various ad units within LinkedIn or Meta platforms (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV).
- Proficiency in advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, and 6Sense.
- Strong understanding of Paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or Excel to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to drive measurable results via OCT.
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, and other criteria.
- Demonstrated success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Ability to translate strategy and communicate data-driven stories clearly.
- Possess a competitive and curious mindset, acting as a problem solver.
- Stay current with industry trends and seek opportunities for growth and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Committed to high-quality work in advertising.
- Willingness to travel to client sites approximately once per year per client, or as needed.
