About the role
Directive is seeking a Senior Meta Strategist to manage client relationships and drive paid social media campaigns for B2B clients. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies, optimizing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction and growth. You will work with diverse B2B businesses in technology, industrial, and services sectors.

What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple social media accounts for clients.
- Provide direct support to client contacts and communicate with vendors.
- Develop quarterly strategies for clients.
- Create, manage, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
- Verify accurate lead routing within CRM systems.
- Manage personal productivity and utilization targets.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals.
- Understand the value of programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships.
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including copywriting, target audience development, and targeting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a performance or digital marketing agency, with hands-on B2B client support.
- Extensive knowledge of paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with various ad units on LinkedIn or Meta platforms (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV).
- Proficiency in advertising platforms and tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, or 6Sense.
- Strong grasp of paid media principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, or Excel to inform decisions.
- Proven ability to achieve and measure results via North Star Metrics (NSMs).
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier or job title.
- Demonstrated success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Capability to translate strategy and present data-driven narratives.
- A competitive and curious mindset, with a problem-solving approach.
- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and sharing knowledge.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A focus on quality in advertising work.
- Willingness to travel to client sites approximately once per year per client, or as needed.
