About the role
Directive is seeking a Meta Strategist to manage client accounts and develop custom paid social strategies. This client-facing position involves creating and optimizing campaigns for B2B businesses in technology, industrial, and services sectors. You will play a key role in delivering measurable results and fostering client relationships.

What you'll do
- Lead and oversee a portfolio of social media accounts.
- Provide direct support and communication to client contacts.
- Coordinate weekly with vendors and operational partners to ensure task alignment and quality.
- Develop quarterly strategies for clients.
- Manage and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
- Understand client positioning and unique selling points.
- Verify accurate lead routing within CRM systems.
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization targets.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client objectives.
- Grasp the value of programmatic advertising.
- Identify opportunities for cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships.
- Implement and refine advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, including ad copy, target audience development, and targeting.
- Travel to client sites approximately once per year per client, or as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a performance or digital marketing agency, with hands-on B2B client support.
- Extensive knowledge of paid social advertising campaigns, particularly LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with various ad units on LinkedIn or Meta platforms (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV).
- Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, and 6Sense.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or Excel to inform decisions.
- Proven ability to drive and measure results via North Star Metrics (NSMs).
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier and job title.
- Demonstrated success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Capability to translate strategy and present data-driven narratives.
- A problem-solving mindset, combining competitiveness with curiosity.
- A commitment to staying current with industry trends and sharing knowledge.
- Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
