Senior Digital Marketing Strategist -Startups/SMB

About the role

This position focuses on delivering exceptional performance marketing for our clients, primarily within the startup and small to medium-sized business sectors. You will be the primary driver of success for a select group of accounts, managing their digital marketing efforts from strategy to execution.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of client success across various digital marketing channels.
• Cultivate strong, professional relationships with client points of contact.
• Manage client accounts efficiently, ensuring projects are organized and completed on time.
• Develop and present strategic marketing plans to clients.
• Execute campaigns with a focus on achieving and exceeding client goals.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in agency-based marketing roles.
• At least 2 years of dedicated experience in performance marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to be a strategic thinker and a well-rounded marketer with deep expertise in specific areas.
• Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering results within budget and on schedule.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
• A commitment to continuous learning, including understanding how AI and automation can improve marketing outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience working specifically within the SaaS industry.
• A strong background in Paid Media, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Skills & tools

• Deep technical understanding of marketing strategy, Paid Media, SEO, and CRO.
• Proficiency in project management and client communication.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools in marketing.
