About the role
This position focuses on developing and delivering a new, impactful demand generation service for directive's clients. You will manage the performance marketing for a small group of accounts, no more than seven, and be accountable for their success. The ideal candidate thrives as an individual contributor, owning client portfolio outcomes through strategic thinking, campaign execution, client interaction, and project oversight.

What you'll do
- Oversee client success across various marketing channels for SMB accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and understanding.
- Organize and manage account projects efficiently.
- Develop strategies and execute campaigns in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO, with a focus on SaaS companies.
- Communicate strategy and results clearly to clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in agency-side marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise as a T-shaped marketer with strong strategic and execution capabilities.
- Proven project management skills to deliver on time and within budget.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- A commitment to continuous learning, particularly in AI and automation for marketing enhancement.
Nice to have
- Deep technical knowledge of marketing strategy, Paid Media, SEO, and CRO for technology companies.
- Prior experience in the SaaS sector.
- A creative approach to marketing combined with a drive for measurable results.
