About the role
This client-facing position is central to delivering custom marketing strategies and managing client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing holistic marketing plans for enterprise-level clients, understanding how their specific service lines impact broader business objectives.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement tailored strategies for clients, using project phases, overall marketing goals, current campaigns, and historical performance to optimize approaches.
- Craft creative briefs and engaging content campaigns informed by competitor and audience insights, focusing on best practices like LTV:CAC modeling, customer generation, Share of SERP, and content production.
- Set client goals based on data from Google Analytics, CRM, SEMRush, and Ahrefs, with approval from an Associate Director.
- Manage project execution, delegating tasks to specialists, clients, and internal teams, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted consultant.
- Proactively communicate progress, deliverables, and any account changes to clients and internal leadership.
- Report on strategy progress and impact through bi-weekly client meetings, monthly reports, quarterly reports, and two bi-annual business reviews.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in implementing SEO principles and content strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Analytical ability to interpret website traffic and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and crawling tools like Screaming Frog.
- Proven organizational, project, and time management capabilities.
- Genuine interest in digital marketing, SEO, and content.
- Prior agency experience is required.
- Experience in B2B tech and/or SaaS is mandatory.
- A drive to stay current with industry trends, including the application of AI and automation in marketing.
