About the role
This client-facing position is central to delivering exceptional results for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing bespoke client strategies, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring clear communication between clients and our internal teams.

What you'll do
Develop and execute tailored content strategies for clients, incorporating best practices and optimizing based on performance data and overall business objectives.
Create compelling creative briefs and content campaign ideas informed by competitor analysis and audience insights.
Set measurable client goals using data from sources like Google Analytics, CRM, SEMRush, and Ahrefs, with approval from your Associate Director.
Manage the execution of strategies, delegating tasks to specialists and clients, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building rapport and acting as a trusted advisor.
Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to both clients and internal leadership.
Prepare and present regular performance reports, including bi-weekly updates, monthly and quarterly reports, and two bi-annual business reviews.
Requirements
Demonstrated success in implementing SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
Proficiency in analyzing website traffic and SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics.
Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management abilities.
Familiarity with industry tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Proven project and time management capabilities.
A genuine interest in digital marketing, SEO, and content.
Previous experience working within an agency environment is essential.
Experience in B2B tech and/or SaaS sectors is required.
A proactive approach to staying current with industry trends, including the application of AI and automation in marketing.
Nice to have
Experience with LTV:CAC modeling, customer generation, and Share of SERP analysis.
Skills & tools
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Asana, Slack, Zoom.
Practical notes
Must be based in the United Kingdom and work local business hours (GMT/BST).
Must have current work authorization and permanently reside in the UK.
