About the role
This client-facing position is central to delivering custom marketing strategies and managing client relationships. You will be responsible for developing holistic marketing plans for enterprise clients, understanding how their service lines impact broader business objectives.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement tailored strategies for clients, focusing on best practices to achieve their Net Service Metrics (NSMs). This involves building initial strategies based on project phases and continuously optimizing them using client goals, ongoing campaigns, and historical performance data.
- Craft creative briefs and design engaging content campaigns, informed by competitor analysis and audience insights.
- Set client goals by analyzing data from sources like Google Analytics, CRM, SEMRush, and Ahrefs, with Associate Director approval.
- Manage the execution of planned strategies, delegating tasks to team members and clients using Asana, and ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to deliver high-quality content campaigns that meet client standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted consultant.
- Proactively communicate progress, timelines, and any account changes to clients and internal leadership.
- Report on strategy progress and impact through bi-weekly client meetings, monthly reports, and quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in implementing SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Ability to analyze website traffic and SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with industry tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Proven project and time management capabilities.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing, SEO, and content.
- Prior experience working within an agency environment.
- Experience in B2B tech and/or SaaS industries.
- A commitment to staying current with industry trends, including the application of AI and automation in marketing.

- Experience with LTV:CAC modeling, customer generation, Share of SERP, and content production.
