About the role
This position focuses on developing and executing strategies for B2B clients within shopping and marketplace channels. You will be responsible for driving revenue outcomes and guiding specialists to deliver exceptional client results.

What you'll do
- Lead the strategic direction for Shopping and Marketplace initiatives for B2B manufacturers and distributors.
- Analyze client channel structures to inform tactical recommendations, considering factors like Amazon presence, distributor relationships, and feed quality.
- Conduct client meetings, including strategy discussions, proposal presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
- Translate channel performance data into clear financial impacts for executive-level clients.
- Oversee feed management strategies using tools like Feedonomics or GoDataFeed, focusing on taxonomy, attribute mapping, and product architecture.
- Develop Shopping and Performance Max campaigns tailored to B2B buyer behavior.
- Implement strategies to manage channel conflict and prevent internal sales cannibalization.
- Guide client success on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, including advising on 1P vs. 3P strategies.
- Manage paid media campaigns on Amazon, focusing on B2B keyword strategies.
- Monitor and manage key marketplace metrics such as Buy Box availability, Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) enforcement, and pricing stability.
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing communication and reporting.
- Develop reporting that links channel performance to tangible revenue outcomes.
- Identify and proactively communicate potential risks to client accounts.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of repeatable frameworks and methodologies within the Commerce practice.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in paid media management.
- At least 2 years of direct experience with Shopping feeds or Amazon marketplace management.
- Proficiency with feed management platforms such as Feedonomics, GoDataFeed, Productsup, or Channable.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising products including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Experience working with B2B clients or managing catalogs with a high volume of SKUs.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients, setting strategy and overseeing execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to C-suite executives.
- Comfort operating within a consultative sales framework and contributing to sales enablement materials.
