About the role
This position focuses on driving success for clients within the Shopping and Marketplace advertising channels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that enhance client performance and revenue through these specific e-commerce platforms.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for Shopping campaigns, including feed management and performance optimization across platforms like Google and Microsoft.
- Oversee client success on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, managing advertising efforts and advising on channel strategy.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for clients, diagnosing business needs and presenting data-driven recommendations to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with specialist teams to ensure effective execution of campaign plans and client strategies.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Commerce practice's methodologies and frameworks.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in paid media management, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Shopping feeds or Amazon marketplace operations.
- Proficiency with feed management tools such as Feedonomics, GoDataFeed, Productsup, or Channable.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising products including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Demonstrated experience working with B2B clients or managing large product catalogs.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, set strategic direction, and guide execution.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to present to executive leadership.
- Comfort operating within a consultative sales environment and contributing to client proposals.

- Working knowledge of Amazon DSP.
- Experience with B2B marketplace platforms beyond Amazon.
