About the role
This client-facing position is central to managing paid media campaigns and ensuring client success. You will be responsible for developing custom strategies, overseeing daily deliverables, and communicating effectively with both clients and internal teams. This role offers the chance to build high-impact paid media plans for B2B companies in the Technology, Industrial, and Services sectors.

What you'll do
- Lead and manage a portfolio of paid media accounts, serving as the primary contact for clients.
- Coordinate with vendors and operational partners to ensure task alignment, quality, and process improvement.
- Develop and implement quarterly client strategies, including budget creation, maintenance, and optimization across various paid channels.
- Gain a deep understanding of client positioning and their unique value propositions.
- Ensure accurate lead routing within CRM systems and understand the strategic value of programmatic campaigns.
- Drive personal productivity and manage individual utilization targets.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve both internal and client objectives.
- Execute and refine PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copy, and audience targeting to maximize return on investment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a performance or digital marketing agency setting.
- Demonstrated experience working with B2B SaaS or technology clients within an agency environment.
- Extensive knowledge of paid search and paid social advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- A solid grasp of PPC fundamentals, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- The ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or Excel to inform decisions and improve results.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable success for mid-market or enterprise-level accounts.
- The capacity to articulate strategy and present data-driven insights effectively.
- A problem-solving mindset, with a blend of competitiveness and curiosity.
- A commitment to staying current with industry trends, including the application of AI and automation in marketing.
- The ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A dedication to quality and ethical advertising practices.

- Travel to client sites is expected approximately once per year per client, or as needed.
