Strategic Partnership Account Executive II, T-Mobile

About the role

This role sits within a specialized national sales team focused on the partnership between Dialpad and T-Mobile. You will manage the full sales cycle for Mid-Market customers by collaborating with T-Mobile representatives to identify and close new business.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end sales motion for T-Mobile and Dialpad within your assigned markets.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with T-Mobile sales staff and leadership.
• Generate new pipeline through account mapping, prospecting, workshops, customer events, and market visits.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial discovery to contract closing, coordinating with Sales Engineers and other internal stakeholders.
• Present Dialpad solutions for AI, customer engagement, and business communications based on specific customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data with clear documentation of next steps.
• Provide enablement training to T-Mobile sellers and participate in customer meetings.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 plus years of B2B sales experience, specifically in SaaS, telecommunications, CCaaS, or UCaaS.
• Demonstrated success in building pipeline and closing complex Mid-Market deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to manage pipeline and forecasts effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned T-Mobile markets.

• Prior experience in channel, telecommunications, or strategic partnership sales.
