Sr. Product Manager, Platform & Agentic Integrations

About the role

Dialpad is seeking a product leader to manage the ecosystem of APIs, connectors, and agentic capabilities that allow AI to interact with external systems. You will define the roadmap for how developers and customers extend the platform to automate workflows and resolve complex issues.

What you'll do

• Manage the strategy for public APIs, webhooks, events, MCP, and custom connectors.
• Build tools that allow admins and designers to configure APIs for AI agents.
• Design management experiences for connector discovery, testing, and observability.
• Collaborate with engineering to define platform architecture for integration infrastructure.
• Align platform capabilities with company-wide agentic AI goals.
• Coordinate product launches alongside go-to-market and support teams.
• Determine the balance between internal development, IPaaS, and partner-led integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Technical fluency in webhooks, authentication, and integration architecture.
• Experience scaling platforms that enable external or internal users to extend core software.
• Ability to manage both high-level strategy and granular technical execution.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
• Capability to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable product plans.

Practical notes

• Base salary range for British Columbia is $140,500 to $177,250 CAD.
