Sr. Integrations Software Engineer

About the role

You will join the Salesforce Integration team to build and maintain native integrations that connect Dialpad with external systems. This role involves developing automated data workflows and contributing to the company's broader Agentic AI initiatives. You will work alongside product and business leadership to ensure our platform provides a unified experience for users.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Build and support the native Salesforce integration and other core platform integrations.
• Create technical specifications and architectural documentation.
• Develop features with a focus on testability and low defect rates.
• Write modular, clean code and participate in peer reviews to maintain high quality.
• Support the development of Agentic AI technologies.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert and provide mentorship to other engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java or Python) and one frontend language (Vue or React).
• Experience building integrations and managing ETL data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience using AI coding assistants like Claude or Gemini for daily development tasks.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with Agentic AI.
