About the role
This position involves ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of core data products. You will work closely with commercial, data science, and engineering teams, making decisions that directly influence client trust and business outcomes. This is a remote-first role, requiring work during U.S. business hours.

What you'll do
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to understand client data usage and develop data solutions that enhance their experience.
- Oversee the entire data product release cycle, managing tasks and coordinating cross-functional teams for precise and punctual data delivery.
- Create and implement product improvements to boost data quality and business impact.
- Build and optimize systems for proactive data quality monitoring across the pipeline, conducting root cause analyses and finding scalable solutions.
- Investigate unusual data patterns to determine if they are quality errors or real-world events.
- Serve as the primary contact for data issues, clarifying data definitions for commercial stakeholders.
- Update QA tests and dashboards to streamline ongoing quality checks.
- Investigate data restatements and data science models, coordinating fixes with internal engineering and data science teams and external vendors.
- Conduct data quality investigations to reconcile Antenna data with client first-party data, presenting findings directly to customers.
- Assess new coverage feasibility and propose updates to methodologies and pipeline capabilities.
- Coordinate monthly data releases in Looker and weekly ad hoc data reports.
Requirements
- Strategic mindset with over 7 years of practical experience in data-focused roles.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, DBT, and business intelligence tools like Looker or Redash, capable of navigating complex ETL systems and imperfect data.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, analyze, and verify large datasets with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain technical concepts and align data operations with customer goals.
- Driven to resolve customer issues.
- Proactive individual capable of managing multiple initiatives, prioritizing resources, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
