AI Engineer

About the role

DevExplore is building multi-agent systems to automate enterprise workflows across platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, and MuleSoft. We are seeking an engineer to design and deploy agentic pipelines that integrate LLMs with complex business software.

What you'll do

• Architect multi-step agentic pipelines using open-source and closed-source LLMs.
• Create tools that allow AI to interact directly with enterprise software environments.
• Build and manage data pipelines for training and fine-tuning custom ML models.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for LLM performance.
• Maintain AI infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deploy inference endpoints within the core product architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software or platform engineering.
• Demonstrated history of building AI models and agent-based systems.
• Proficiency in developing systems driven by ML and LLMs.
• Experience with compound AI architectures, vector databases, and tool-calling implementations.

Nice to have

• Background in deploying large-scale, production-ready AI applications.
• Knowledge of AI monitoring, evaluation, and deployment workflows.
• Ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical team members.

Practical notes
