You will act as the primary scheduler, coordinating the precise timing between clients and travel specialists to avoid conflicts and maximize efficiency. Ownership of accurate record keeping is essential, as you will maintain detailed logs of all communications and appointment details for future reference. You will collaborate daily with team members to align on client needs and to support a seamless reservations process that meets demand.
