About the role
Demandbase is seeking a senior individual to manage and grow relationships with key technology and advisory partners. This role involves creating and executing executive engagement strategies with major ecosystem players to drive significant business value. You will operate at the nexus of product direction, AI advancements, enterprise sales, and high-level relationship management.

What you'll do
Manage executive relationships for Demandbase's most critical technology and advisory partners.
Cultivate trusted connections with C-suite, SVP, and VP leaders across various departments.
Design and implement executive engagement plans to foster deeper strategic alignment and achieve tangible business results.
Oversee the long-term strategy for designated strategic partnerships.
Discover new collaboration avenues in product development, AI, data sharing, cloud infrastructure, and services.
Develop joint business plans with defined key performance indicators and executive backing.
Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure successful partnership execution.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence the partner roadmap.
Promote the adoption and understanding of key integrations such as APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI-driven workflows, and cloud data connections.
Identify opportunities for new product integrations that offer distinct customer advantages.
Create joint go-to-market strategies to generate sales pipeline and revenue.
Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner Marketing teams to launch integrated solutions, develop joint messaging, and support co-selling efforts.
Champion Demandbase's value proposition within partner organizations and highlight partner capabilities internally.
Stay informed about emerging trends in AI, enterprise software, cloud ecosystems, and B2B go-to-market technology.
Identify ways to utilize AI-first architectures and intelligent workflows across partner networks.
Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership regarding ecosystem trends and partnership strategies.
Influence cross-functional priorities without direct reporting lines.
Represent Demandbase at executive forums, conferences, and industry events.
Requirements
Possess at least 8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or enterprise technology.
Demonstrate experience managing executive relationships with Fortune 500 technology companies.
Exhibit a thorough understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
Proven track record of building strategic alliances with companies like Salesforce, AWS, Adobe, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, or Google Cloud.
Possess a strong grasp of enterprise go-to-market strategies, including co-selling, joint marketing, partner ecosystems, and solution development.
Ability to influence senior executives both internally and externally without direct authority.
Excellent skills in executive communication, presentation, and negotiation.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Nice to have
Experience with enterprise data platforms and cloud ecosystems.
Familiarity with APIs, cloud integrations, AI platforms, and emerging standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Knowledge of B2B marketing technology, account-based marketing (ABM), CRM, and data ecosystems.
Experience partnering with global consulting firms or systems integrators such as Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, or EY.
