Join the Vendor Growth Communications team to drive partner performance through strategic planning and data analysis. You will develop multi-channel communication roadmaps that encourage merchant self-management and long-term business growth.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Partner with Supply, Revenue, Retail Media, and Operations departments to translate business goals into actionable communication campaigns.
• Build and deploy multi-channel strategies across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, web portal articles, and bots, determining optimal activation logic and frequency.
• Define audience segmentation and map necessary database attributes to ensure personalized CRM delivery.
• Track campaign performance against business metrics and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Conduct and evaluate A/B tests to improve engagement, incorporating artificial intelligence to enhance creative output.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven background in planning and executing digital communication strategies, including copywriting.
• Analytical mindset for assessing campaign impact on business KPIs.
• Basic proficiency in SQL or BigQuery.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Insider, Braze, or Appcues.
• Skills in design and layout tools like Figma or Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Background in UX principles for communication or audiovisual content production.
