Vendor Operations Coordinator

About the role

Join our international team in Budapest to help restaurants launch and succeed on our platform. You will guide new partners through the setup process and provide dedicated support during their first two months to ensure they thrive.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Verify and approve onboarding paperwork to confirm vendor eligibility.
• Prepare and audit content to ensure high quality before a vendor goes live.
• Conduct training calls to teach restaurant partners how to use our devices and application.
• Finalize the activation process for new vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new partners during their initial 60 days.
• Monitor performance and offer proactive guidance to resolve operational issues.
• Execute engagement initiatives to improve vendor results.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English plus one of the following: Norwegian, German, or Czech.
• High level of computer literacy to manage multiple internal systems.
• Mandatory attendance for one month of in-person training at our office starting August 17th.

• Prior professional experience in customer support or the hospitality industry.
