About the role

You will manage a cluster of cities for the City Development team, acting as the primary owner for their growth and operational performance. Your goal is to oversee the full lifecycle of your territory, from initial expansion and partner acquisition to maintaining profitability and market leadership.

What you'll do

• Direct expansion plans and coordinate with Operations to improve city presence.
• Define partner acquisition priorities and manage the pipeline for top partners.
• Improve partner uptime through menu quality, CTDP optimization, and outreach.
• Monitor and adjust AVR and shrinking thresholds to protect content.
• Execute promotional strategies with top partners to drive affordability.
• Lead the Weekly Business Review for your assigned cities.

Requirements

• Proven track record of hitting targets independently in a marketplace, retail, FMCG, or food-delivery setting.
• Ability to analyze complex data including GMV, contribution margin, fail rate, uptime, and conversion.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Strong negotiation skills for managing commercial terms with partners.
• Fluency in Italian and professional English.
• Ability to travel regularly within the region for partner and city visits.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Looker.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Italian small and medium city market dynamics.
• Background in city launches or territory expansion.
