About the role

Join the foodpanda team in Yangon to support our recruitment operations. You will assist in managing the candidate lifecycle and ensuring our hiring workflows run efficiently.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Draft and publish job postings across multiple channels to source talent.
• Coordinate interview times between applicants and internal hiring leads.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and stakeholders regarding scheduling and feedback updates.
• Track recruitment data and applicant details using G-sheets.
• Support the team with new hire onboarding tasks and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate holding a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Professional proficiency in English for both writing and speaking.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and maintain high accuracy in record keeping.

Nice to have

• Previous project or internship experience within an HR department.
