About the role

This internship position focuses on expanding the Quick Commerce presence within the Italian market. You will work to onboard local independent retailers such as bakeries, fishmongers, and wine shops to the platform.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Identify and sign up new business partners within the Specialities sector.
• Explain the platform value proposition to prospective merchants.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements with business owners.
• Work with internal departments to facilitate partner onboarding and account transitions.
• Track post-onboarding partner performance and assist in optimizing their results.
• Help refine sales strategies and internal workflows to increase cycle efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• High motivation for sales and persistence in meeting targets.
• Capacity to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
