About the role

The Logistics Integrity team manages the rider marketplace for talabat by identifying and mitigating fraud and misconduct across eight Middle Eastern markets. This role involves managing a portfolio of rider behaviors, designing detection systems, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure a fair and reliable delivery network.

What you'll do

• Manage specific rider misconduct behaviors by establishing measurement baselines, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing reduction strategies.
• Create and adjust detection rules and enforcement thresholds, overseeing their deployment across different countries.
• Execute enforcement cycles, including monitoring repeat offenders, reviewing false positives, and refining systems based on performance data.
• Map and document end-to-end detection and enforcement processes to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
• Maintain team infrastructure, including workflow automation and tracking tools.
• Identify new misconduct patterns to expand the scope of integrity coverage and build business cases for new initiatives.
• Report on performance metrics and maintain audit-ready documentation to satisfy internal governance and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and regional leadership to execute strategies and review outcomes.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Trust and Safety, Fraud and Risk, Marketplace Operations, or Logistics Operations Analytics.
• Bachelor degree in engineering, business, economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in at least one of the following: gig-economy fleet operations, behavioral fraud detection, large-scale anti-abuse programs, or rule-based design.
• Proven ability to manage a problem from initial measurement through to solution design and impact assessment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams across multiple markets.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and compliance.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in tech-enabled or multi-market environments.

Skills & tools

• SQL fluency (BigQuery experience is preferred).
• Ability to build dashboards and write lightweight Python for automation.
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code.
• Process-mapping and analytical problem-solving skills.
