This position focuses on expanding our partner network within a fast-paced sales environment. You will manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing agreements, while meeting specific monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals.

What you'll do

• Lead negotiations with high-level decision makers using your local market expertise and knowledge of Glovo partners.
• Conduct C-level meetings and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including emails, calls, and meetings, within Salesforce.
• Provide feedback to management regarding Salesforce tool improvements and system developments.
• Apply established business development methodologies to your daily workflow.
• Monitor market trends to identify new growth opportunities and adjust your strategy to hit individual performance targets.
• Mentor and onboard new team members by sharing your knowledge of sales tools and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others and drive organizational change.
• Ability to think strategically and demonstrate solid business fundamentals.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving defined sales objectives.
