About the role

Join the Yemeksepeti team in Istanbul to manage relationships with major chain brands. You will serve as the primary link between these partners and our internal departments to drive growth and operational success.

What you'll do

• Monitor market trends to find new growth areas and operational improvements.
• Coordinate with logistics, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to meet company goals.
• Facilitate and lead recurring business review meetings with chain partners and track follow-up tasks.
• Create and present detailed analyses and reports for key brand partners.
• Maintain structured tracking and reporting of metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Create and oversee Joint Business Plans to foster long-term partnerships.
• Integrate brand requirements into commercial initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Act as the central point of contact to manage all processes between brands and internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Strategic Account Management, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
• Background in managing chain brands and creating Joint Business Plans.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience conducting periodic business review meetings.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple internal functions.
• Strong command of the English language.
