What you'll do

• Contact rider partners via phone to gather information and maintain relationships
• Handle administrative duties and data entry
• Support internal processes related to our rider fleet
• Assist prospective riders via email and phone if they encounter issues during the application process

Requirements

• Active full-time student status
• Minimum 20 hours of work per week
• Intermediate level of English proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in a call center
