Regional Project Manager - Vendor Enablement & Education

About the role

This position manages the implementation of the Pandora vendor education strategy throughout Europe. You will translate global objectives into localized training programs that improve vendor performance and operational success.

What you'll do

• Create and adapt training materials alongside Product, AI COE, and local market departments.
• Implement global education frameworks while tailoring them to specific regional requirements.
• Apply vendor segmentation models to deliver targeted interventions to the right cohorts.
• Increase vendor participation and training adoption rates across all European markets.
• Measure the success of educational programs by tracking completion rates and business performance data.
• Serve as the primary regional contact for education initiatives, gathering feedback to refine content.
• Integrate education into existing operational workflows by coordinating with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain scalable processes and governance standards to ensure consistent reporting.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in vendor management, education, operations, or enablement.
• Demonstrated success in driving performance improvements through structured training across multiple markets.
• Experience developing and localizing training content that reflects product features and operational needs.
• Strong analytical capabilities for monitoring metrics and using data to optimize content.
• Proven ability to manage regional stakeholders and secure buy-in across different countries.
• Experience in project management, including the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to translate operational data into clear recommendations.
