Regional Lead, Rider Compliance

About the role

You will manage the integrity of our logistics network by identifying and neutralizing fraudulent activities within our rider fleet. This position focuses on building protective frameworks and enforcing operational standards to secure our last-mile delivery ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Investigate spikes in order cancellations and implement measures to reduce logistics-related fraud.
• Design systems to prevent asset loss, including tracking silent pickups and managing return fraud at darkstores.
• Audit rider adherence to safety policies and enforce penalties for policy exploitation.
• Collaborate with technical departments to identify unauthorized applications, account sharing, and GPS spoofing.
• Monitor spatial data to detect location manipulation and prevent multiapping or shift selling.
• Manage financial risks related to cash collections, including bad debt and unremitted cash-on-delivery funds.
• Audit rider payout structures to detect and prevent fee manipulation.
• Produce reports for leadership that translate complex fraud patterns into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in risk management, fraud investigation, compliance, or logistics operations.
• Direct experience within the gig economy or last-mile delivery sectors.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for querying datasets and identifying behavioral patterns.
• Understanding of fraud vectors such as app cloning, social engineering, and location spoofing.
• Ability to coordinate with Customer Service, Vendor Management, and Product teams to close operational loopholes.
• Strong communication skills to present technical findings to management.
