´Staff Product Analyst, Vendor Growth

This role centers on shaping the data strategy for the Vendor Growth business line by converting complex datasets into actionable strategic narratives. You will guide product direction through rigorous hypothesis testing and help restaurant partners operate more efficiently at scale.

What you'll do

• Establish and track key performance indicators such as VSSR and other self-service metrics to measure vendor health and partner satisfaction.
• Provide quantitative insights that guide Product Managers and Engineers in roadmap prioritization and feature adoption.
• Design, interpret, and manage A/B testing methodologies to validate operational improvements.
• Develop scalable analytics infrastructure and ensure high data quality across the organization.
• Create predictive models to analyze partner behavior and identify barriers to feature adoption.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote a culture of technical excellence and peer review.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, or a related field within a marketplace or fast-paced tech environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for large-scale platforms like BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Strong Python skills for automation, complex analytics, and data visualization.
• Experience building and optimizing data pipelines and curating reliable datasets.
• Proven track record of creating impactful dashboards using tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Ability to lead high-impact projects and influence stakeholders across departments without formal authority.
• Deep knowledge of statistical analysis, causal inference, and A/B test design.
