About the role

You will manage the accuracy of pricing data across the instashop network by coordinating directly with our vendors. This position focuses on maintaining database integrity and supporting the implementation of promotional discount strategies.

What you'll do

• Gather, validate, and refresh pricing details from our network of shops and vendors.
• Detect and resolve errors in pricing data to keep our platform information precise.
• Support the Pricing Specialist with the preparation and rollout of discount initiatives.
• Organize and store pricing records to ensure they remain accessible and structured.
• Confirm that all price adjustments appear on the platform within the required timeframes.
• Partner with internal departments to refine and improve pricing workflows.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
• Capability to handle and structure information coming from various vendor sources.
