This position sits within the finance department, focusing on the financial health and strategic direction of the company. You will lead global Free Cash Flow planning and improvement efforts, providing the analysis necessary for business decisions and investor reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end Free Cash Flow planning across the entire global portfolio.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for regional finance teams to harmonize and improve Free Cash Flow planning, specifically regarding Working Capital.
• Evaluate regional submissions and challenge underlying assumptions to ensure accurate group-level cash flow modeling.
• Perform variance analysis between actuals and budget forecasts, identifying issues such as timing mismatches or structural errors.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to build forecasting models that optimize Working Capital accuracy.
• Act as the lead expert for implementing Free Cash Flow planning within Anaplan, guiding cross-functional teams through the deployment process.

Requirements

• Professional background in corporate finance or a combination of Big 4 advisory and corporate roles.
• Expert understanding of financial statement integration, including how P&L accruals, balance sheet movements, and cash items impact Free Cash Flow.
• Technical mastery of the Cash Conversion Cycle, including DIO, DSO, and DPO, with the ability to build driver-based forecasts for specific accounts.
• Proficiency in cash tax mechanics, including Corporate Income Tax installments, withholding taxes, VAT settlements, and Deferred Tax Assets/Liabilities.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 and capital expenditure forecasting rules.
