About the role

We are looking for a part-time Picker to join our PedidosYa Market team in Santo Domingo Oeste, Quisqueya. You will be responsible for preparing customer orders and managing inventory within our digital market facility.

What you'll do

• Assemble and pack customer orders accurately and within established timeframes.
• Receive and organize incoming merchandise while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Log all inventory data into the system promptly.
• Verify that picked items match customer order specifications.
• Inspect product quality, including cold chain integrity and expiration dates.
• Label and stock items on racks, providing suggestions to improve picking efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Monitor costs and suggest methods to keep them within targets.
• Manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Participate in regular inventory control audits.

Requirements

• Availability to work rotating shifts during the afternoon and evening, 6 days per week.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the role.
• Proactive and flexible approach to daily operations.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in warehouse assistant or fast food service roles.
