Senior Performance Analyst

About the role

You will manage the performance narrative and governance for the Marketplace Experience division within your assigned region. This position focuses on linking operational friction to financial results to improve retention, efficiency, and cost management.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage regional Marketplace Experience KPIs including Experience-Driven Value Loss, Cost-to-Serve, and the Retention Gap.
• Analyze customer, rider, and partner journeys to find structural causes of value loss and calculate their monetary impact.
• Hold regional teams accountable for inefficiencies by establishing clear action plans with trackable results.
• Select and prioritize high-return interventions to focus resources on the most significant cost and experience drivers.
• Facilitate performance reviews with senior stakeholders and General Managers to maintain transparency.
• Report systemic issues to Global teams to push for permanent solutions rather than temporary fixes.
• Standardize decision-making frameworks and reporting methods across different markets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in analytical, strategy, operations, or performance-focused roles.
• Proven ability to translate operational data into financial outcomes.
• Experience managing and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without having direct authority over them.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication abilities and a track record of effective stakeholder management.
• A hands-on approach with a focus on taking ownership and achieving measurable impact.
