What you'll do

• Analyze large datasets and integrate operational databases to assess marketing initiative performance across multiple markets.
• Develop, automate, and maintain scalable dashboards in Looker to monitor key performance indicators and support long-term decision-making.
• Identify performance discrepancies between countries and convert quantitative analysis into actionable insights to direct business strategy.
• Contribute to refining campaign structures, incentive strategies, and user content exposure within the platform.
• Prepare executive presentations and impactful visual reports to track strategic projects for the department.

Requirements

• Completed or advanced university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, project tracking, or business intelligence roles.
• Advanced and independent proficiency in SQL and BigQuery for querying and processing large data volumes.
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Looker, or similar) and fluent in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical ability to identify insights and translate them into concrete, data-driven actions.

Nice to have

• Experience using Artificial Intelligence in analysis workflows is valued.
