Senior Marketing and Experimentation Data Analyst

This position involves shaping marketing strategies across 16 global markets by providing deep analytical insights. You will act as a primary partner to senior marketing leadership, using advanced data modeling and AI-driven tools to optimize growth and performance.

What you'll do

• Design and run A/B and geo-based experiments to determine incremental ROI and refine marketing spend.
• Build and maintain complex SQL models and data pipelines using BigQuery and dbt.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define measurement frameworks and influence strategic decision-making.
• Develop automated reporting tools, including traditional dashboards and AI-powered agents for root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior team members and promote technical growth within the analytics department.
• Implement AI solutions, such as LLM-assisted insights and anomaly detection, to automate and scale marketing analytics workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics, specifically using Python and SQL.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Growth, Marketing, or Brand teams to drive business optimizations.
• Proven ability to influence leadership and manage cross-functional alignment.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, and experimentation.
• Experience mentoring or leading other analysts.
• Ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects independently.
