About the role

This position sits within the regional Chief Operating Office to oversee strategic initiatives and business performance. You will bridge the gap between high-level planning and daily execution by managing cross-functional projects and operational metrics.

What you'll do

• Monitor and report on functional KPIs across all markets to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end cycle for OKRs and budgets, ensuring financial plans align with strategic goals.
• Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning processes, including competitive analysis and roadmap integration.
• Coordinate high-stakes projects that require collaboration between regional, local, and product teams.
• Implement AI tools to automate reporting tasks and improve the speed of data analysis.
• Prepare actionable insights and performance reports for senior leadership and board reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or performance management, preferably within the tech or consumer sectors.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and communicate structured information to diverse teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven problem solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with PnL analysis and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau.
