Manager Rider Acquisition & Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a professional to manage our third-party logistics partnerships and oversee the end-to-end rider lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between external partners and our internal operations to ensure high performance, safety, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Manage and cultivate relationships with all 3PL partners nationwide.
• Establish data-sharing protocols to drive performance improvements.
• Develop incentive and penalty structures to optimize rider output.
• Monitor 3PL compliance with company standards to boost rider loyalty.
• Prioritize rider safety and wellbeing by ensuring partners implement proper tools and measures.
• Act as the internal advocate for 3PL partners to resolve operational challenges.
• Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and SOPs for riders regarding new policies and features.
• Oversee the onboarding and reboarding processes for all riders.
• Execute rider engagement initiatives and focus groups to identify and address pain points.
• Track training effectiveness through surveys and detailed documentation.
• Maintain standards for rider professionalism, appearance, and conduct.
• Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming riders.
• Minimize customer-reported rider complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in tech, high-growth startups, investment banking, or consulting.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Willingness to challenge existing processes.
• Collaborative mindset and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
